If you are unhappy with our mail order bamboo when they arrive for any reason within 30 days, we will work out a solution. Proof of damage plant during shipment in most cases can be done by sending us a photo via e-mail. |
1. Mail orders: We accept credit cards and this is the fastest method of ordering. If our shipping schedule is now full, your bamboo will go out the Monday after you order. If we are backed up with orders, then you will be given a ship date.
a. Mail orders: We accept money orders and certified checks. These orders will also be shipped out the Monday after we receive them if we are not backed up with orders. We will provide our shipping address once we confirm your order.
b. Personal checks: Personal check will have to be cleared before a shipping date can be established.
2. Payment terms on non-mail orders for custom dug field divisions, all bamboo delivered or picked up at the nursery and not prepaid: Certified bank check or cash only at the time you receive the bamboo.
3. Large orders personally delivered by Lewis Bamboo Inc.
This type order may or may not require 20% deposit prior to delivery. Upon delivery payment can be made by cashier check or cash. Again, no personal checks can be accepted. Large orders delivered by us, cannot be placed on credit cards due to bank charges which can take 3% or more of the total sale.
When you order if you
would like to have a permanent aluminum all weather species tag attached
with your bamboo just let us know. These are $1.00 each and measure 7/8 X 3
inches.
Currently 2007, our S&H charges are $10 per division on all 2 and 3 gallon
regular size bamboo divisions.
