Most deliveries are made in an enclosed 28 long X 8.6 feet wide
trailer. With 14,000 lb. dual axles and many extras
this trailer can safely transport bamboo from our nursery to your planting site.
Bamboo dug from 18 to 32 feet tall can be loaded with ease and be protected.
Quotes are based on current fuel prices.
These are charges for bamboo purchases of $1200 (minimum bamboo purchase for delivery) and up to single trailer capacity. With our largest trailer we can carry 75-100 standard size field specimens. Our standard size FS are 8 to 14 foot height range and 60 to 100 lb. total weight per division. We can carry up to 10,000 pounds total load weight excluding trailer weight. Delivery cost are in addition to the bamboo purchase. Quotes are figured from our nursery which is 50 miles west of Birmingham, Alabama.

Often loads exceed
10,000 pounds and more than one large covered truck must be utilized.
Delivery cost for these large loads are calculated once we have all the order information. We will be happy to give you a quote on any size order delivered anywhere within the continental U.S.

Below you can see some large three gallon size plants being loaded. If you pick-up three gallon size plants you can usually get larger ones that cannot be shipped mail order. Some of our packing methods occasionally entails employees getting closed insides doors. We appreciate all visits and hope to meet you soon.
