Today, we delivered to Mr. Neale in Seabrooke, Texas. This is a beach community just above Galveston.

They are still recovering from the hurricane season last year. His house, landscape, and pool was severely damaged.
Galveston, TX delivery
Golden Aurea for screen He has since restored everything except for his privacy that was lost from trees being blown down. He decided to plant bamboo to regain his privacy. He has a water view from the front but is bordered by a road and walking trial on one side. Bamboo will provide him with the privacy he needs and is very storm resistance. Even if it is damaged, it quickly replenishes itself the following year.

He chose Phyllostachys Aurea 'Golden Bamboo' to provide him with screening from just above ground level to about 35'. Once these plants are stood up and planted, they should provide him privacy up to the power line in the picture. We appreciate the chance to help and hope this re-establishes his privacy.

Today we had customers visit us from Mount Olive, AL. It is a town located very close to our farm. Gigi and her husband visited our farm to help decide which species will work the best for their bamboo privacy screen. Customers taking tour and purchasing plants at our nursery.
Bamboo customer After taking the tour and hearing their requirements for a screen, Phyllostachys Bambusoides 'Slender Crookstem' was chosen to be the best fit. We are also doing the installation so, we will have more pictures to come. We appreciate their visit and look forward to being able to help them get their privacy back.

Customer tour We got to meet some great customers today. We had a delivery and a visit/tour. Mr. Hubbard visited from Atlanta this morning. Our nursery is about a 3-4 hour drive from Atlanta, GA. We are always happy to have customers make this short trip. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please give us a call at 1-877-RZN-CANE.

Mr. Hubbard was interested in bamboo as an accent behind his water feature and retaining wall. He chose the very elegant Phyllostachys Aurea 'Koi'. This is a rare species that is yellow with green stripes. It also has randomly stacked internodes in the lower portions of the canes and some variegated leaves.

It was a joy to meet him and discuss bamboo. We hope it completes his landscape. I also hope that the Green Top barbeque we recommend was good. Thanks again..
This is Mr. Ball. He is a local landscaper in Tuscaloosa, AL. He is trying to screen his pool from the rest of his cul-de-sac. He chose Phyllostachys Aurea in 3 gallon sizes to get the screen started and I was happy to deliver them to him this morning on my way to our Nursery. Customer with plants
Bamboo delivery The three gallon sizes are a good way to start if you are not wanting instant privacy. However, in just a few years, these plants will be sending up numerous canes that are large enough to create privacy above his 6' fence. It takes bamboo a few years to create a thick screen but, the privacy is well worth the wait. Thanks for the order Mr. Ball.

Greenville, South Carolina Today, we got to take a delivery to Greenville, South Carolina. This delivery was to Dr. Harry to provide him privacy around his pool and hot tub. He had a beautiful house but like most of us, he could use a little privacy.
This is Randall, Dr. Harry's landscaper, who has done an excellent job in the short time he has started managing the residence. Installation at a pool
Bamboo for screen Some bamboo was installed previously. It is the bare looking canes on the left side of the picture. Bamboo can be tricky to dig and stabilize. It's water requirements for proper stabilization is tremendous. We only sell stabilized, established divisions to avoid this occurrence. These plants will replace the existing bamboo and provide privacy for the hot tub area to the left. We greatly appreciate the order and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
